The New York Observer writes about MFP

There is nothing like good press to let you know that you are doing a good thing. When the Editor of The Home Observer joined Manhattan Forest Products for our grand opening party, she was blown away by the story and the products. It's a story that writes itself, well with a little help of course.

Manhattan Forest Products Launch Party During the Architectural Digest Home Design Show

During the Architectural Digest Home Design Show, Manhattan Forest Products hosted an amazing Grand Opening event for Architects, Designers and Interior Decorators to introduce our new reclaimed wood flooring. These photos are highlights of the evening.

Nothing like a little red carpet action to get the evening off to a fine start.

Our new display wall fits right in with the other beautiful things at Manhattan Center For Kitchen And Bath.

Ron Sauer explains the beauty of re-harvesting New York and his passion for making beautiful things.

Ben and his Chefs created mouth watering hors d'oeuvres that were served on reclaimed heart pine from the former Sheffield Dairy which is now part of Columbia University.

The great entertainment was provided by Robert Maximus Bridgewell.

Our wine selection was all local New York made wine to suit the evening just fine.

This is a hand made sculpture, which illustrates our reclaiming process from a six hundred year old piece of heart pine.

Thank you Shawn McGinniss for the great photos. If you're are interested in attending one of our events please email us at bizdev@mfpny.com and we would be happy to add you to our mailing list.

Manhattan Forest Products at The Architectural Digest Show

The Architectural Digest Home Design Show was a great success for Manhattan Forest Products, not only did we have a well received launch of our new products, but we participated in making a fantastic bar for the show lounge. Who doesn't want to save our forest's for future generations. It only makes sense to upcycle materials a bygone era.

In addition to our hand made flooring, our booth featured a hand made live edge walnut table with hand made Coney Island Boardwalk beams.

Manhattan Forest Products creates beautiful one of a kind flooring in a variety of woods, and styles reclaimed from many different projects in New York.
